Terms & Conditions

Carbim Haven provides companionship and wellbeing support. We do not provide personal care, nursing or medical services.

Bookings are confirmed in writing. A minimum visit duration may apply depending on location and service type.

Fees are agreed in writing before service begins. Invoices are issued weekly or monthly by arrangement and due within 14 days.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be charged in full.

We expect mutual respect between clients, families and companions. We may decline or pause service where safety or dignity is at risk.

Carbim Haven is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service except where prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
