Safeguarding Policy

The safety, dignity and wellbeing of the people we support is our highest priority. We follow UK safeguarding principles for adults at risk.

All companions undergo enhanced DBS checks, identity verification and reference checks before joining our team.

Companions receive induction and ongoing training in safeguarding, dignity, confidentiality and recognising signs of abuse or neglect.

Any safeguarding concern is taken seriously and reported promptly to the appropriate authority. Clients and families can raise concerns directly at info@carbimhaven.co.uk.

We hold personal information securely and share it only when necessary to keep people safe or to meet legal obligations.
